Successfully led a series of user conversations, campaigns, contests, enhancing user community engagement and product adoption. Overall UX improvements on the chatbot resulted in 15% increase in user retention rates and 8% increase in NPS and 3x growth in no. of users (37k to 110k).

I have a profound passion for music, having achieved Grade 5 in Piano Practicals from Trinity College, London, and dedicated time during the lockdown to learn Indian Classical Vocals up to Grade 4 under the guidance of a skilled Hindustani classical Guru. 🎹 🎵 Beyond my musical pursuits, I am an avid enthusiast of Fashion and street photography 📸 , where I find joy in capturing genuine emotions and expressions in their most unfiltered forms. In addition to my involvement in the performing arts, I have been engaged in Pen sketching, Miniature painting, and Digital sketching for as long as I can remember. 👩🏼🎨🎨
